To configure library remote access:

1. From PAPERS 2 menu, choose PREFERENCES.
2. Click ACCESS tab.
3. Choose Columbia University in the Use Library Proxy drop-down menu.
4. In the LIBRARY WEBSITE URL: box, type the following URL:
   http://ezproxy.cul.columbia.edu/login?url=http://scholar.google.com
5. Check GO TO THIS PAGE WHEN PAPERS IS STARTED.
6. Leave the EXCEPT FOR list of URLs to not proxy as is.

To configure library remote access:

2. Click SOURCES tab.
3. In the AUTHENTICATION URL: box, type the following URL:
   http://ezproxy.cul.columbia.edu/login?url=http://scholar.google.com
4. Check GO TO THIS PAGE WHEN PAPERS IS STARTED.
5. In the LIBRARY PROXY: box type the following URL:
   http://ezproxy.cul.columbia.edu/login?url=%@

   /Library/Application Support/Papers/Plugins/ SearchEngines/WOSSearchEngine.searchengine/Contents/Resources/

2. Change the contents of gatewayurl.txt
   
   from:
   http://wok-ws.isiknowledge.com/esti/soap/SearchRetrieve
   
   to:
   http://wok-ws.isiknowledge.com.ezproxy.cul.columbia.edu/esti/soap/SearchRetrieve
