These programs are used to draw molecular structures in two- and three-dimensions, and to analyze chemical spectra.
CS ChemBioDraw Ultra
ChemBioDraw is a chemical and biological drawing suite containing advanced prediction tools and full Web integration. Features include proton NMR with peak splitting and highlighting, amino acid and DNA sequence tools, TLC plate drawing tool, Struct=Name, ISIS/Draw mode and stoichiometric analysis.
CS ChemDraw 3D
This is an application for desktop molecular modeling and protein visualization. Build small molecules using the ChemDraw interface and see the 3D structure appear simultaneously, perform basic Molecular modeling computations such as Dihedral driver MM2 experiments, Molecular Mechanics and Dynamics.
IR Tutor helps teach infrared spectroscopy for undergraduates and graduate students. Click on a peak to see an animation of the corresponding vibration. Introductory and Theory sections are included, covering the electromagnetic spectrum, normal modes, etc.
