Using Off-site Materials
How to Access Collections Stored Off-site
Due to space constraints, many manuscript and rare book collections and all archival master's essays and doctoral dissertations are housed off-site and require advance notice for retrieval. We prefer 5 to 10 business days advanced notice to retrieve materials from off site storage. If the wait time is longer, a staff member will contact you. If you need materials sooner, please be in touch in person or by phone to see if it can be arranged.
