Hands-On Workshops on the Use of Electronic Information Resources Available


February 2000 Columbia University Libraries offer a variety of hands-on workshops supporting use of the wide range of electronic information resources available through LibraryWeb, CLIO, and the Internet. Workshops are designed to meet the academic and research needs of students and are open to those with an active Columbia University e-mail account.

Workshop topics include: Introduction to Electronic Library Resources; Internet Search Strategies & Evaluating Web Resources; Full-Text Databases; Government Documents on the Web; and Statistical Resources on the Web.

All workshops will take place in 213A Butler Library, on the Morningside Campus. Workshops are conducted during day and evening hours, and are scheduled for two hours.
