Check the balance of your Flex Account or Flex Card at any of the Flex Value Transfer Station (VTS) vending machines.

Steps for Checking the Balance of a Flex Account or Flex Card at a Flex VTS Vending Machine:

• Select Check Account Balance from the menu.
  
• You will receive the following prompt:
  WOULD YOU LIKE A RECEIPT? YES/NO
  
• Press a button to indicate Yes or No.
  
• You will receive the following prompt:
  PLEASE SWIPE CARD.
  
• Swipe your Columbia University ID Card or Flex Card in the slot, magnetic stripe to the right.
  
• Students will see Flex Account and Dining Dollars Account balances. All other cardholders will only see the Flex balance.
  
• To complete the process, press the Exit button.
