MaRLI for Columbia University Doctoral Students and Faculty

Columbia doctoral students and faculty may register to borrow materials from New York University and the New York Public Library's research collection by using the registration form below. Questions may be sent to Columbia staff at

Registration Form

Separate borrowing cards will be issued by New York University and by the New York Public Library.  It generally takes two working days for a request to be processed. Participants will be asked to present their Columbia University ID card, and a government issued photo ID card. 

At New York University, borrowing cards may be picked up in Bobst Library in the Library Privileges Office. Bobst Library is located at 70 Washington Square South. Staff in the Library Privileges office at New York University may be contacted by calling 212-998-2550 or by using the Library Access Questions form to submit a question online.

At the New York Public Library, borrowing cards may be picked up at any of the locations listed below.
