Consultant (The John Jay Papers, Columbia University Libraries) and American History Specialist (Brown University Library).  Mary-Jo is a Barnard graduate with M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in American History from Columbia and an M.S.L.S. degree from The Catholic University of America.  Past projects include authoring "A Guide to Documentary Editing" and working with the Library of Congress on the "American Memory" collection.

Description

The Papers of John Jay is an image database of thousands of pages scanned from photocopies of original documents (correspondence, memos, diaries, etc.) written by or to the American statesman John Jay (1745-1829).
