Heidi McGregor has been part of JSTOR since 1998 when she joined to spear-head efforts to persuade publishers to include their titles in the archive.  She is now Director of Marketing & Communications at Ithaka, a not-for-profit organization that merged with JSTOR earlier this year, where she has responsibility for building awareness and support for JSTOR, Portico, and the work of Ithaka's research and strategic services groups.

Description
The world has changed dramatically since JSTOR was founded. JSTOR began as a grant funded, not-for-profit effort to save libraries space and money, and appeared at a time when very little scholarly material was online. Now, 12 years later, with support and guidance from the academic community, JSTOR has become an important tool used daily by scholars and students around the world and operates as part of a complex, rapidly changing ecosystem of digital resources.  What does the next generation JSTOR look like? More content, better tools, and driven by you.  Come find out more.
