The 6th Annual Columbia University Libraries Reference Services Symposium explores not only how technology and other factors have changed reference services but our interactions with colleagues as well.

Keynote speaker, Joe Janes, Associate Professor at the Information School at the University of Washington, will be followed by contributed papers and a panel discussion on Energy and Experience.

The Columbia University Libraries Reference Symposia seek to bring together reference librarians, heads of reference departments, and public service managers from large research libraries in the Northeast to share ideas, concerns and plans about reference services.

See the Symposium Program for more details about the day, including keynote, papers and debate.
