Supplies

For information about supplies, please consult ReCAP Supplies site.

Box Labels

If the placement of the off-site barcode will obscure critical information on box label, place the barcode as near as possible to the preferred location. If there is content information on a detachable lid, place a triplicate barcode on the front edge of the lid. The triplicate barcode ensures that lids will be correctly matched to boxes.

Multiple items in same housing (e.g. Mixed Media)

If there are two or more objects in a single housing, place the off-site barcode only on the housing. Documentation for processing mixed media is not complete. Please consult Ilona Bicsak, bicsak@columbia.edu or Zack Lane, zl2114@columbia.edu for more details.
