Please note that the items listed below are non-circulating materials available only at the Rare Book & Manuscript Library (RBML) reading room. In order to use the University Archives collections at the RBML, visitors are required to register their own Special Collections Research Account before their visit and to validate the account in person with government-issued photo identification or Columbia ID card. Once you have created your Special Collections Research Account, you will be able to request the directories from the CLIO online library catalog record. • Columbia University Alumni Directory 
  To request a copy, on the right side of page, under the University Archives, look for the Request: Special Collections link. Be sure to select call number "CG." Once you've logged into your Special Collections Research Account, please enter the date of publication you are interested in the Date field (the default year is 1997), and submit the request. The following years are available:
  • 1997
  • 2004
  • 2009
  • 2014

• Columbia University School of Architecture's Alumni Directory (1966-1967)
  Includes graduates and non-graduates as well as certificate-program alumni. To request a copy on the right side of page, under the University Archives, look for the Request: Special Collections link. You will need to log in to your Special Collections Research Account and submit the request.

• Directory (Graduate School of Business)
  To request a copy, on the right side of page, under the University Archives, look for the Request: Special Collections link. Once you've logged into your Special Collections Research Account, please enter the date of publication you are interested in the Date field (where it says "19uu"), and submit the request. • Columbia Business School directory of former students (1980)

• Alumni directory

Once you've logged into your Special Collections Research Account, please enter the date of publication you are interested in the Date field (where it says "19uu"), and submit the request. • Columbia College Alumni Register (1966/1967, compiled by Marquis-Who's Who).
  Includes short biographical sketches of 25,000 living alumni.  To request a copy, on the right side of page, under the University Archives, look for the Request: Special Collections link. You will need to log in to your Special Collections Research Account and submit the request.

• Columbia College Alumni Directory.
  The alumni directories include class year and current address. To request a copy, on the right side of page, under the University Archives, look for the Request: Special Collections link. • Schools of Mines, Engineering and Chemistry, Columbia University : alumni catalogue (1928)

  • The original, completed and returned 8-page survey forms used to compile this volume are also available at the University Archives, School of Engineering biographical records, 1926-1927. This collection consists of the biographical data questionnaires completed by former students of the School of Engineering in 1926.
