SPRING 2021 AT AVERY: WHAT TO EXPECT
Avery Access: Avery is open on a limited basis to CU affiliates. Patrons are required to reserve a seat or to have a confirmed appointment with one of our special collection departments in order to enter.
Lending & Pick-Up: Some of Avery’s on-site collection can be borrowed and picked up with minimal contact. Here’s what you need to do.
On-Site Use: Stacks in Avery are closed to patrons but materials can be requested by current students, faculty, and staff via the "On-Site Use" button in an item's record in CLIO. A seat reservation is required. Items may take up to 5 business days to fulfill.
Special Collections: Avery Classics, Art Properties, & Drawings & Archives are open by appointment. Please contact the relevant department with your research questions or to make an appointment in the Special Collections Reading Room.
Research & Teaching Support: Avery staff are available to assist faculty with teaching online and to support students with research projects and assignments. Here’s what you need to know.
