Theodore Caldwell Janeway

Major Theodore Caldwell Janeway, M.D., U.S. Army Medical Corps, Office of the Surgeon General, Washington, D.C., died of pneumonia, December 28, 1917. He had been studying the effect of infection on recruits when he died at the age of 46.  Major Janeway had received his M.D. from the College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1895 where he was later on the faculty.
