About
Candice Kail leads the team responsible for the user experience, design, navigation, and architecture of the Libraries' online presence. As a librarian and user experience specialist, she focuses on ease of discovery, access, use, and accessibility. She has engaged in campus-wide User Experience and usability work involving Design Thinking and other usability research methods. Her academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Women's Studies, a Master's in Library and Information Science, and an Master of Fine Arts in Creative Nonfiction. Candice is an adjunct writing consultant at Columbia University, and is also an abstract artist, writer, and writing coach for artists.
