The Library Information Office assists with user and visitor privileges, provides information about library policies, and redirects questions to other library personnel as appropriate.

The Library Information Office processes payment of fees for lost library materials. You should consult your “My Borrowing Account” in CLIO to check the status of borrowed items. Fees are paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Discover).

The Library Information Office manages the distribution of lockers at the start of every academic year. More information regarding Butler locker assignments is provided close to the beginning of the academic year, typically in late August.
