Lieutenant Colonel Vincent Augustus Chiarello, US Air Force, 33rd Combat Support Group, Tan Son Nhut Airbase, South Vietnam has been considered Missing In Action since July 23, 1966. The country of Loss given is North Vietnam.He was only 26 years of age when he died aboard a C-47 codenamed "Dogpatch" on 29 July 1966. For 22 years he was listed as MIA until his remains were found and he was brought home and buried in Newtown, PA. on 18 June 1988.
